The Art of Reconciliation! Genesis 45-46:30 "May they experience such perfect unity that the world will know that you sent me and that you love them as much as you love me” (John 17:23, NLT). Steps to Reconciliation: Remove any distractions interrupting the healing process. Engage your emotions without stuffing them. Come near to those who hurt you. Openly state the offense. Notice God never wastes a hurt that is turned toward Him. Comfort your offenders when they repent. Ideally, the mark of true reconciliation is best depicted when we are able to bless our offender. Look for joy and relief to follow reconciliation. Experiencing reconciliation opens the doors for wider relational connections.
